Phase 1 • Discovery Call

Before we talk lenses or lighting, we talk business. This is where I get to understand your brand, your goals, and the role imagery plays in your growth. No two projects are the same, so I start every engagement by asking the right questions:

Where does your current image library fall short?

What channels are these assets going to live on — paid ads, organic social, your website?

What's worked before? What hasn't?

We'll look at reference imagery together, talk about what resonates with your audience, and start building a shared vision for what we're creating. By the end of this call, we'll both know exactly where we're headed — and why.

Phase 2 • Pre-Production & Planning

This is where the work behind the work happens. Once we've locked in our creative direction, I get into the details: scouting locations, sourcing props, coordinating talent, building out the shot list, and nailing down the timeline.

You'll have visibility into every key decision. I share lookbooks, mood references, and options for your approval — nothing gets locked in without your sign-off. The goal is to arrive on shoot day with a plan so solid there's no room for guesswork. When you're investing in a premium shoot, surprises aren't part of the package.

Phase 3 • Shoot Day

All the planning pays off here. Whether you're on set or you've handed me the reins, shoot day is efficient, focused, and — honestly — really fun. I run a calm set. My job is to keep things moving, make sure everything looks intentional, and leave room for happy accidents when they occur.

I work quickly but don't cut corners. Every setup gets the attention it deserves, and I won't call it a wrap until I'm confident we've nailed the shot list — and then some.

Phase 4 • Post-Processing & Editing

The shoot is done, but the images aren't. Post-processing is where the creative direction we set in phase one gets its final expression. I color-grade, refine lighting, remove distractions, and crop for composition — treating every image as a finished piece, not just a processed file.

After my initial edit, you'll get a gallery to review. We'll go back and forth until the images feel exactly right. I'm not satisfied with "good enough," and I won't ask you to be either.

Phase 5 • Delivery & Usage Rights

Your images are delivered digitally, organized, and ready to use — no chasing down files or decoding complicated naming conventions. Standard licensing for each production includes full digital usage across all platforms like email, website, organic and paid ads, and social media.
